Tom Robinson works as an entrepreneur, and after the management and fishing on several fishing vessels he has acquired a boat of his own. His experience includes Unalaska Native Fishermen Association (U.N.F.A.) Member, Aleutian Islands Risk Assessment Committee, Aleut Representative of Alaska Tribal Budget Committee, Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska President, and Alaska Representative of E.P.A. National Tribal Operations Committee.
Term will expire in 2020.
Blaine Shaishnikoff is the entrepreneur to Aleutian Greens, LLC and Heavy Equipment Operator at Bering Shai Construction in Unalaska, Alaska. His experience includes Qawalangin Tribe Representative on the Museum of the Aleutians Board and Council Member on Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska.

Marie Schliebe works as lead teacher to A.P.I.A. Headstart, Secretary of Russian Orthodox Holy Ascension, Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska Treasurer and Secretary, Volunteer of Camp Qungaayux, and is a Certified Development Associate.
Term will expire in 2020.
Harriet Berikoff works as the land lord for Lake Side Apartments in Unalaska, Alaska, and experience includes Board Member of lliuliuk Family and Health Services Health Board, Community Liaison Officer for A.P.I.C.D.A., Museum of the Aleutians, and King Cove Corporation, Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska Representative for A.P.I.A., Ballyhoo Lions Club of Unalaska President, Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska Council Member, Senior Center Board Member.
Julia Dushkin was born and raised in Unalaska. She is married to Arnold Dushkin from Nikolski with two children. Julia serves on the Lions Club board, as a Chairperson for the Sisterhood of Holy Ascension. She enjoys crafting, knitting, crocheting, and basket weaving. Julia is glad to be in the council.
Dennis Robinson was born in Unalaska and has resided here for most of his life. He lives with his wife Lynda, and two boys, Liam and Tristan, and five daughters, Chelsea, Vanessa, Mariah, Kyesa, Ashley, and grandson Teddy. He has served on the Unalaska City Council and other community boards throughout the years the followed. These years of service has led him to the position of Vice-Mayor (2018-Present). Dennis Robinson has been employed by the International Longshore and Warehouse Union as an Equipment Mechanic for the past 15 years, served as a Director and Chair of the Board of the Ounalashka Corporation, volunteered time as the Vice President of the Hearts and Hands Project since 2009, a Trustee on the Ounalashka Settlement Trust from 2017-Present, and as the Chairman of the Intermin Tribal Council which wrote the constitution that gained the Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska Federal Recognition as a tribe.
Bill Shaishnikoff was born and raised in Unalaska. he has been a Qawalangin Tribe member since it's inception as well as an Aleut Corporation and OC shareholder since their inception. He has served on the OC Board of Directors, and presently serves as the APICDA Representative on the Unalaska Fishermans Association Board. He and Diane, his wife, own and operate two businesses in Unalaska with thier two sons, Steven and Blaine, who have been employued with them since 2003. Bill is honored to serve on the Qawalangin Tribal Council and is excited about the growth and the future of the Tribe at large.
